Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the Interior & Fit-Out industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations, sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for fit-out materials including joinery, MEP items, finishing materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to ensure material specifications meet project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards.
• Maintain updated supplier database and price comparison records.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Manage cost control and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Handle import documentation and logistics coordination when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and company procurement policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in procurement within Interior & Fit-Out industry.
• Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers, subcontractors, and market rates.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience working with BOQs, material take-offs, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
