Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic Procurement Manager to lead our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cost-saving initiatives and high-level negotiation within the UAE construction industry, overseeing everything from bulk commodity buying to complex sub-contractor agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead high-value negotiations for major project packages (Steel, Concrete, MEP, etc.).
• Manage and mentor the procurement team to ensure KPIs are met.
• Draft, review, and manage legally binding purchase agreements and sub-contracts.
• Conduct periodic vendor performance audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with the Estimation and Finance departments for budget control and cash flow planning.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management (MCIPS preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in procurement within the UAE construction sector.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and leadership skills.
• Deep Market Knowledge: Extensive network of UAE-based suppliers and specialized sub-contractors.
