Procurement Manager

The Role:

As our Procurement Manager, you will work at both a tactical and strategic level. You will be the central point of contact for supplier management, negotiating key contracts, and ensuring 100% PO-driven compliance. You will report directly to the CPO EMEA Procurement with a dotted line to the local CFO.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for the region.
• Launch and manage tenders via our Sourcing Vendor Portal (SVP).
• Drive efficiency and savings targets within the P2P process.
• Conduct supplier visits and audits to ensure top-tier quality and compliance.
• Act as a sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders to standardize services and products.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO) level of thinking.
• Certifications: NEVI 1 & NEVI 2 are required.
• Experience: Proven track record in contract management, legal frameworks (Battle of Forms), and supplier auditing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and procurement software.
• Languages: Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (C1) is essential.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the Benelux region and to Suriname.
