Procurement Manager

As Executas HR & Business Solutions , we are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager on behalf of our client to lead procurement activities with a strategic perspective.

This role is responsible for effectively managing procurement processes that support multiple functions across the organization. The position will oversee a diverse range of procurement categories, including technology, marketing services, agency management, consumables, and operational purchasing , working with a broad network of suppliers and service providers.

The ideal candidate is expected not only to manage day-to-day procurement operations but also to play an active role in cost optimization, supplier strategy, contract management, and the continuous improvement of procurement processes .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for the company’s technology, marketing, agency services, and operational purchasing needs

• Lead procurement activities related to IT infrastructure, software licenses, SaaS solutions, and technology services

• Manage strategic vendor relationships for marketing, digital agencies, media, influencer marketing, production, and related services

• Drive cost and process optimization initiatives within consumables and operational procurement categories

• Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, evaluation, and commercial negotiations

• Prepare, review, and manage supplier contracts, renewals, and vendor performance monitoring

• Ensure effective utilization of procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, marketing, operations, etc.) to accurately define procurement needs

• Ensure procurement processes are executed in line with corporate policies and governance standards

• Measure supplier performance, assess risks, and build sustainable supplier partnerships

• Lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and operational effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement

• Proven experience in managing tender processes and competitive bidding procedures with multiple vendors.

• Strong experience in technology/IT procurement, marketing services procurement, and operational purchasing categories

• Experience in agency, media, or marketing services procurement is considered a strong advantage

• Proven track record in supplier management and contract negotiations

• Strong analytical thinking and a solid understanding of cost management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

• Strong organizational capability to manage dynamic and multi-category procurement processes

• Fluency in English is preferred
