Expected salary range of $134,100 to $149,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose of Position

Implementation and oversight of the Supply Chain Process, inventory management, and investment recovery processes and programs.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Oversee activities that implement inventory and investment recovery practices; and maintenance of the associated databases.
  • Oversee process that controls changes to customer requirements on material requests, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, vendor exceptions, receiving reconciliation, engineering specifications, category IDs, business unit disputes with the suppliers, deviations from normal Supply processes, and emergent requests.
  • Partner with external travel services provider and airlines, rental car companies, and lodging providers as well as BSC Supply Corporate Sourcing team to manage and optimize the company's travel partnerships and related processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Supply Chain Process in accordance with company guidelines, legal requirements, Supply and Business Unit procedures, business unit needs and enterprise wide solutions.
  • Partner with IT leadership to ensure resource plans established & managed to execute Retail strategy
  • Oversee the procurement process to ensure that the customer/supplier expectations are understood and the correct material/service is delivered to the right place, at the right time, for the right price; and the materials and services meet the quality and design requirements.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing in growing PowerLabs services
  • Support business unit emergency response activities as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business or a technical field, and 6 years of relevant experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field with 8 years of relevant experience OR
  • 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Working knowledge of purchasing functions, procurement technologies, and inclusive procurement and sourcing tools
  • Strong Understanding of commodities, suppliers, market alignments and supply concepts and technical and nontechnical clients.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication skills and vendor relations
  • Organization, leadership, communication and project management skills and experience
  • Experience with inventory management software systems such as Passport, Asset Suite 9, Coupa, or similar platforms

  • Ability to define problems, research, collect data, establish facts, identify root cause, maintain confidentiality, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions/recommendations
  • Material Management and investment recovery experience Engineering, maintenance, or work control experience
  • Proficient PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Power Point, Passport, PeopleSoft Hyperion), work processing, spreadsheet applications, eSourcing tool, flow charting and/or SQL database query development
