Manager - Procurement -Emirati Talent

• Location : Dubai, UAE.
• Salary : AED 40,000-42,000 +benefits for self & family and education assistance

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement and contracting activities within the engineering, OIL & GAS or Maintenance sector and must possess a strong background in engineering, extensive experience in negotiation, and a proven track record of procurement management.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
• Lead contract negotiation and management processes to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various procurement activities, including but not limited to construction, maintenance, and supply agreements.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance.
• Evaluate potential vendors and conduct supplier assessments.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with a certification in MCIPS.
• Minimum of 8-10years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within Oil & Gas, Maintenance, Engineering, etc.
