Procurement Manager (onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with 8+ years of experience to manage the organization’s procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, strong supplier relationships, and compliance with procurement policies. The role requires strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle (requisition to payment).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Lead vendor selection, RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure cost savings and value creation.
• Monitor supplier performance and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
• Manage procurement KPIs and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years experience in procurement / sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
