Procurement Officer

1. Source and procure construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, electrical, plumbing, finishing material) as per project specifications.

2. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and quantity surveyors formaterial requirements and delivery schedules.

3. Issue and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and pricing.

4. Identify and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors and maintain strong vendor relationships.

5. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost effectiveness.

6. Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites and ensure delivery schedule.

7. Maintain up-to-date records of materials purchased, delivery status, and supplier performance.

8. Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-effective procurement solutions.

9. Coordinate with site & store to ensure proper material handling and storage at sites.

10. Effective coordination & cooperation for optimisation of resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
