Role Overview
We are hiring to support procurement operations across smart mobility and infrastructure projects in the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will have experience handling technically complex procurement needs, including sourcing specialized hardware and IT/software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, track, and manage project-specific procurement budgets in coordination with Project Managers and the Finance Department.
· Translate technical requirements and BoQs into actionable procurement plans and vendor engagement strategies.
· Source and evaluate suppliers for specialized hardware (e.g., ANPR systems, barrier arms, RFID/DSRC devices, field sensors) and related IT/software services.
· Ensure cost-effective, compliant, and timely acquisition of materials aligned with deployment schedules.
· Support CAPEX and OPEX forecasting related to equipment, installation services, and licensing.
· Monitor procurement performance KPIs: delivery timelines, cost variance, supplier reliability, and contractual compliance.
· Coordinate with technical teams to ensure vendor offers meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
· Maintain up-to-date supplier and pricing databases, ensuring competitive and consistent sourcing.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, service levels, and warranty agreements with both local and international vendors.
· Assist in preparing procurement inputs for RFPs, tenders, and client proposals, including timelines, delivery options, and budget estimates.
· Collaborate with warehousing/logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods to project sites.
· Enforce compliance with NexusVille’s procurement policies, ISO certifications, and UAE regulatory obligations.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
· 3–6 years’ experience in procurement within smart infrastructure, mobility, IT, or related sectors.
· Proven ability to manage project-aligned procurement budgets and vendor contracts.
· Familiarity with ANPR, RFID, DSRC, field devices, or IoT-based systems is a strong advantage.
· Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, ZOHO) for purchasing and budget control.
· Strong negotiation, contract management, and technical evaluation skills.
· Fluent in Arabic and English.
· UAE residency with GCC work experience preferred.
