Procurement Officer

• Job Title : Senior Procurement Officer
• Location : Dubai, UAE
• Salary : AED 10,000-12,000 Benefits

Candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of Hard and Soft FM services.

Qualifications :

• Graduate in Contracts/ Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Certified Contract Manager (CCM) / Professional Contract Manager (PCM) / Certified Public Procurement (CPP)- preferred

Job Responsibilities include:

• To manage and facilitate all contracts administration quality requirements, ensuring they meet company/project’s conditions and track agreements’ auto renewal and expiration dates
• To prepare contract documents up to the signature stage and ensure successful execution is concluded.
• Process approved requisitions from user departments for the purchase of materials and equipment by placing orders with approved vendors within the local and international market. Maximise value and optimize saving by
• coordinating alternate sourcing of material, product evaluation, lifecycle costing,
• competitive bidding and price negotiations with suppliers.
• Coordinate and control the sourcing, purchasing, inventory control and logistics in support of Operations and Engineering Group.
• Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.
• Expertise in contract management and project Management software a
• Manage contractors/vendors.
• To ensure purchase requisitions received are in accordance with contract terms and conditions prior to processing the Purchase Order.
• To develop and build relationships with existing suppliers and create relationships with new suppliers.
• Conduct negotiations with local and international vendors for assigned purchases.
• To manage and negotiate the supply/service contracts and service level agreements with tenderers and service providers.
• To prepare required draft contracts and post a tendering process.
• 10+ years purchasing experience in the oil and gas operations or similar industry.
