Procurement Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s supply chain requirements, ensuring timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services at the best value, while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer (preferably in construction).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and market research.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
