Procurement Officer
to join our team and manage indirect procurement activities across various categories.
Key Skills Required:

Proven experience in sourcing and procuring indirect items such as:

Safety & PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

General Services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance)

Concrete & Other Ready-Mix Requests

Stationery & Office Supplies
-
Trucks & Equipment Spare Parts
-
Facilities Management
-
Vehicle Rentals (Rent-a-Car)
-
Excellent knowledge of the full procurement cycle, including:

Supplier Sourcing & Vetting
-
Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Tender Management
-
Price and Contract Negotiation
-
Purchase Order (PO) Management
-
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
-
Ability to analyze market trends, compare quotes, and negotiate favorable terms and prices.

Competence in using procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Strong written and verbal communication to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Handle all stages of the procurement process for assigned indirect categories, from requisition to final delivery and payment.

Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure consistent supply and service quality.

Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.

Conduct market analysis to stay informed on pricing, product innovations, and supply chain trends related to indirect items.

Work closely with various departments (e.g., Operations, HR, and Facilities) to understand their needs and provide timely support.

Ensure all procurement activities are properly documented and tracked in the system. Generate regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and key metrics.

Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
