Procurement Officer

About the Role:
Decopage Interiors is seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials required for our interior design and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, purchases, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with the design, finance, and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management (preferably in interior design, construction, or related industries).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
