Job Title: Procurement Officer (with Development Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Procurement Officer with experience in real estate or project development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, supplier coordination, and documentation while supporting the overall project development process.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and issuing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
• Tracking LOG sheets and following up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collecting and organizing material requests from various departments.
• Conducting quotation comparisons and submitting them for management approval.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and archiving of all procurement records.
• Supporting general office administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinating with the development and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements and timelines.
• Assisting in vendor evaluation and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate development, construction, or project-based industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
