Procurement Officer

Job Description:

• Streamline the overall procurement process as per company set standard procedure.
• Establish and nurture working relationships with vendors, promoting collaboration and mutual benefits.
• Ensuring invoicing compliance before submission to accounts payable department.
• Conduct thorough market research and evaluate potential suppliers to enhance the supplier base.
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure advantageous terms and cost savings with vendors.
• Update supplier information, qualifications, delivery times and product ranges to foster strong partnership.
