Job Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Officer who can manage purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of required materials. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and evaluate suppliers, quotations, and purchase requests
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Maintain procurement records including invoices, contracts, and vendor information
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for material requirements
• Follow company policies and ensure compliance with procurement procedures
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

• 1– 1.5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Understanding of procurement processes, documentation, and vendor management
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience in corporate or project-based procurement
• Knowledge of ERP or purchasing software
