We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Officer / Administration to support our operations by managing purchasing activities, supplier coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong follow-up skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate between internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Duties

  • Source, request, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and vendors
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy of quantities, specifications, and pricing
  • Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, delivery schedules, and order confirmations
  • Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
  • Maintain supplier records and procurement logs
  • Support cost control by comparing prices and alternatives when required

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain organized records for procurement and general administration
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, projects, warehouse, finance)
  • Prepare reports, filing systems, and documentation as required
  • Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational support
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication through official channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in procurement related to construction, lighting, furniture, or fit-out projects
  • Knowledge of local suppliers and logistics in Kuwait
  • Strong coordination and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD300.000 per month
