Job description:

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and confident professional to serve as Assistant to the Owner. The role includes managing all business communications, correspondence, and negotiations with local and international partners. The ideal candidate will act as the owner’s right hand, ensuring smooth coordination across all business activities with professionalism, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all communications and correspondence on behalf of the Owner.
  • Represent the Owner in meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with external parties and international partners.
  • Prepare business reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate between departments and ensure timely execution of the Owner’s directives.
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is not a must
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Candidates with Previous Experience in same role are preferred
