Procurement Officer

Anion MEP Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for MEP materials and services
• Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery as per project requirements
• Coordinate with estimation, project, and site teams
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project budgets

· Follow Up Deliveries

• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse receiving personnel for incoming deliveries
• Report Forecast delivery schedule with the value to the Higher Management
• Accurately encode purchase orders, delivery details, and inventory records into the system
• Approve ( process ) the invoices related MIR approval prior payment release
• Assist in preparing procurement and delivery status reports
• Ensure proper filing of procurement-related documents
• Monthly provide cost monitoring ( budget )report to the Higher Management coordination along with QS Team
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer (MEP/construction background preferred)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good knowledge of local market and vendors in Qatar
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is a must (ERP Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in Qatar/GCC is an advantage
• Any nationality are welcomed

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
