Procurement Officer

We are seeking a Procurement Officer with 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, vendor relations, and material supply for construction projects, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Procurement officer or in a similar role within the construction or fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, fit-out items, and market trends in Qatar.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
