Procurement Officer

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Procurement Executive with strong experience in the restaurant, bakery, and coffee shop industry. The role involves sourcing quality raw materials, managing vendor relations, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, and ensuring timely supply of ingredients, packaging, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, bakery, and beverage items.
• Ensure timely procurement of fresh, high-quality materials.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages/overstocking.
• Control costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in procurement (restaurant/bakery/coffee shop).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of perishable inventory and food safety standards.
