Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years.

Seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes in line with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
• Maintain supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and UAE regulations.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Emarati
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms is preferred.
