Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The Procurement Officer will manage purchasing activities, process purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and ensure the organization secures cost-effective and high-quality products and services. Responsibilities also include analyzing procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and overseeing general office management tasks to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and handling Purchase Orders.

Proven skills in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating suppliers, products, and services.

Knowledge of local procurement regulations and procedures is a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
