F&B Procurement Officer – Qatar
We are looking for an experienced F&B Procurement Officer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in food & beverage purchasing, vendor management, inventory coordination, and cost control within hospitality, catering, or facility management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of food, beverages, and related supplies.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and quality.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Coordinate with kitchen, stores, and operations teams for material requirements.
- Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.
- Ensure timely availability of stock while controlling costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and hygiene standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B procurement/purchasing.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, restaurants, or FM industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems and MS Office.
- Familiarity with local Qatar market and suppliers is an advantage.
- Available in Qatar with transferable visa/preferred immediate joiners.
Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR5,700.00 per month
