Procurement Officer

F&B Procurement Officer – Qatar

We are looking for an experienced F&B Procurement Officer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in food & beverage purchasing, vendor management, inventory coordination, and cost control within hospitality, catering, or facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of food, beverages, and related supplies.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and quality.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stores, and operations teams for material requirements.
• Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.
• Ensure timely availability of stock while controlling costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and hygiene standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, restaurants, or FM industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems and MS Office.
• Familiarity with local Qatar market and suppliers is an advantage.
• Available in Qatar with transferable visa/preferred immediate joiners.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR5,700.00 per month
