Procurement Officer - Construction Industry

We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring a Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team.

Job Function
  • Draft, verify, and negotiate purchase orders in line with standards and company policies.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best value.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, supplier lists, and material logs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Stay updated with market prices, attend trade shows, and identify reliable suppliers.
  • Support estimation, accounts, and project teams with procurement-related inputs.
  • Prepare periodic procurement reports and ensure compliance with ERP systems.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement within the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers in the market.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
