Procurement Officer - Specialty Coffee Shop & Restaurant

Position Overview

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations of a specialty coffee and restaurant group with multiple branches across Qatar. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive GCC experience in the food and beverage industry, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of Qatar’s import and export laws and practices. The Procurement Officer will ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement processes that support the company’s growth and operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business related course (mandatory).
  • MBA in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years’ GCC experience in the Food & Beverage services industry.
  • Well-rounded expertise in procurement from A to Z (sourcing, negotiations, contracts, vendor management).
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar import and export laws and practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Can start immediately
