Procurement Officer (Tagalog Speaker) - Healthcare Experience Only

Your Role:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
• Source, negotiate, and build relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality medical products while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards (DHA/MOH).
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to fulfill operational needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of medical supplies, equipment, and procurement best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/MOH) is a plus.
