Union Developers is looking for a proactive and dependable Procurement Rider / Purchaser to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of required items and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials, supplies, and equipment as per company requirements.
• Visit local markets and vendors to obtain quotations and procure items.
• Deliver and collect documents, invoices, and purchase-related records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts, and vendor communications.
• Assist the procurement team with day-to-day purchasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (Graduation).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar field role.
• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Good knowledge of local markets and routes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
