We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with strong experience in international purchasing and procurement to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for local and international purchases.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and quality.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for products and services.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Work closely with finance and operations to ensure cost control and budget adherence.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international trade policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role, with international purchasing exposure.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Ready to join by October 1, 2025.
