Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with proven experience in managing purchasing activities and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to draft professional, clear, and persuasive business correspondence.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle vendor negotiations, prepare purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining the company’s quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle — from requisition to payment.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to achieve the best value.
• Prepare, review, and send professional emails and quotations to suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain and update procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment needs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English — ability to compose professional business emails and reports.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
