About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Buyer to join our retail procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality products that meet the company’s standards and customer demands in a fast-paced supermarket or hypermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end buying process for assigned product categories.
  • Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including operations, merchandising, and finance.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in local procurement or purchasing within the retail industry (preferably Supermarket / Hypermarket).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • GCC experience preferred.
  • Age Limit: 25–36 years.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
