Procurement Specialist – Fit-Out & Interior Solutions

we are looking for a  Procurement Specialist  only with years experience in Interior Fit-Out or Construction procurement to manage sourcing, purchasing, and shipment coordination for our Interior Fit-Out and Interior Solutions projects.

• Procure materials for kitchens, wardrobes, joinery, aluminum systems, lighting, and finishes.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing & delivery terms.
• Issue POs and manage supplier relationships.
• Follow up on  local & international shipments  and coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Track shipping documents (PI, Packing List, Invoice, BL/AWB).
• Work closely with Designers, Estimators, and Project Managers to meet project timelines.

• 4+ years experience in Interior Fit-Out or Construction procurement.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials and suppliers.
• Experience with import logistics & shipping follow-up.
• English required
