Job Outline:
The Group Procurement Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing strategic sourcing activities across multiple spend categories at Group level. The role is accountable for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, delivering measurable cost savings, mitigating supply risks, and ensuring alignment with Group procurement policies and global best practices.
The position plays a key role in maximizing value from third-party spend through structured sourcing methodologies, competitive bidding, commercial negotiations, and supplier performance management.
Job Description/ Duties:

Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across assigned spend categories, including but not limited to Logistics and transportation, Fleet and vehicle management, IT and technology, Marketing and professional services, Facilities and operational services, Capex and project-related procurement, HR, insurance, and corporate services

Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives

Conduct spend analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities

Lead competitive sourcing processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ, e-Auctions)

Perform commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers

Evaluate suppliers using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and value-based analysis

Ensure optimal balance between cost, quality, service, and risk

Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships

Implement supplier performance management framework and KPIs

Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement

Identify and mitigate supplier risks

Support supplier development initiatives

Deliver measurable cost savings and cost avoidance

Improve commercial terms including pricing and payment terms

Support working capital improvement initiatives

Identify value creation opportunities beyond cost savings

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and Delegation of Authority

Maintain proper sourcing documentation and audit trail

Ensure sourcing activities align with internal control requirements

Support contract governance and compliance

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sourcing needs

Provide sourcing advisory and commercial guidance

Ensure alignment between procurement strategy and business objectives

Act as trusted sourcing partner to business functions
Job Qualifications:

Min. 7 years of experience in procurement and purchasing
-
Experience in Fleet and Logistics sourcing is considered a strong advantage.

Strong strategic thinking

Freight forwarding and automotive background is preferred
