Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Procurement & Tender Officer, based in Islamabad, to manage public sector procurement and tender activities across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing bids independently, sourcing samples, negotiating prices, and actively participating in tenders on behalf of the company. This position offers a strong career path in the business and procurement field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete tender documents and bids independently
• Participate in government and NGO tenders across Pakistan specifically in Islamabad
• Visit local markets to obtain product samples and competitive quotations
• Build and maintain professional relations with government officials and suppliers
• Attend pre-bid meetings, submit bids, and handle follow-ups
• Track and analyze new tender opportunities
• Perform any other task assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Islamabad
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and tendering field
• Proactive, confident, and bold personality
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be willing to travel across country on company instructions
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:
