Procurement/Acquisitions Program Manager

Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Procurement/Acquisitions Program Manager

Department: Operations - Services
Location: Remote (United States-based, DMV preferred)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-time, 40 hours per week
FLSA Status: Exempt
Clearance: Moderate Risk Public Trust Clearance required

Position Summary:
The Program Manager II will provide overall management and oversight of the Call Order effort, ensuring deliverable quality, schedule adherence, stakeholder engagement, and risk
management. This role directly supports federal acquisition program objectives and coordinates day-to-day activities of the team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall program oversight including schedule, risks, and deliverables.
  • Maintain stakeholder communications with COR and leadership.
  • Ensure project documentation repository is current and accurate.
  • Coordinate meetings, develop presentation materials, and record minutes.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding actions and compliance requirements.

Knowledge and Critical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in program management with federal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple tasks.

Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; minimum 7 years of
    relevant program management experience, including at least 3 years supporting federal acquisition programs.

Certifications, Licenses:

  • PMP or equivalent preferred
  • CPCM or equivalent preferred
  • FAC-C or Equivalent preferred

Special Requirements:

  • Must meet Contractor Security Vetting Requirements and maintain active clearance
    throughout performance.

Work Environment:

  • Employee will primarily work remotely in a professional home office environment with
    standard computer and communications equipment. Occasional on-site work at federal facilities may be required.

Physical Demands:

  • Employee must be able to work on a computer for extended periods of time, attend virtual
    meetings, and produce written documentation. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
    occasionally.
