Position: Procurement / Purchasing Officer
Location: Qatar
Availability: Can join immediately
Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies as required by the company.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and terms.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support operations.
• Coordinate with the finance and operations departments regarding purchase orders and payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in F&B or hospitality industry).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
• Must be currently available in Qatar with a transferable visa.
