The Role

Ready to fuel growth? As our Product and Content Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force behind compelling product and merchandizing stories and go-to-market strategies that drive real results. You'll craft content that powers product launches, empowers sales teams, and creates memorable customer experiences.

In this role, you'll partner directly with Sales, Revenue, and Product teams to create marketing content that doesn't just inform—it converts. You'll own the content strategy that bridges the gap between what we build and how our customers experience it.

Key Responsibilities

Process: Proficiently write in diverse copy styles across critical deliverables. You'll analyze problems, anticipate consequences, and eliminate obstacles to complete projects successfully. Concept and collaborate on campaign ideas with a creative team while working on multiple projects. Manage and prioritize projects within timelines for project milestones.

Work: Craft concepts and execute a strategy based on established voice and tone for various products, platforms, and campaigns.

Optimization: You will collaborate with your manager and lead your direct report(s) as well as a cross-functional project team focused on optimizing content across various platforms to ensure revenue growth and search optimization.

Merchandise: Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure product listings are published, enhanced and enriched in accordance with our established style guide. Review product listings, flow, keywords, campaigns, and more to ensure that the most appropriate search results are presented to clients when leveraging on our platforms.

People: You will lead the team responsible for crafting content for our various channels and you will serve as a mentor in their employment journey providing guidance, critique and more.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience Foundation

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field that gave you the fundamentals—but it's what you've built since then that really matters

Your Marketing Journey

  • 3-5 years where you've proven that great product and content marketing isn't just about pretty campaigns—it's about driving real revenue business results
  • A portfolio of successful campaigns that didn't just launch, but landed with measurable impact
  • Battle-tested experience collaborating across departments in environments where "fast-paced" is an understatement, not a buzzword
  • Hands-on experience orchestrating copy and product messaging within omnichannel ecommerce operations—you know that selling online today means mastering everything from your own platform to the complex ecosystems of Amazon, Walmart, and beyond
  • The technical skills to back up your strategic thinking, because in ecommerce, execution is everything

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect high-level business objectives with tactical content execution
  • Creative Storytelling: Exceptional writing skills with ability to craft compelling narratives from technical product information
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Emarsys, etc.)
  • Experience with content management systems and design tools
  • Experience with modern SEO principles and AI-enhanced content optimization strategies
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
