Position Summary: The Product & Sourcing Data Analyst will serve a key support role to the CALI product team. The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing retail partners with data & support, product project tracking and follow-up, ongoing product data maintenance and new product data governance on CALI website and in ERP system. The Product & Sourcing Data Analyst will also provide cross functional support between various teams, utilizing internal systems and external sources to compile and maintain product data. This role will also be responsible for ongoing data governance and project tracking and updates.

Essential Duties:

Partner with product, marketing and web-dev to update and maintain customer-facing website product data, images, guidelines, etc.
Facilitate on-going business requirements by providing appropriate data and liaise with the internal process owner to ensure complete and on-time execution
Coordinate with content, product, and IT teams to leverage PIM functionality to efficiently receive and push content from Salsify to specific retailers
Organize sales project requests and confirm scope, timeline, and process owners
Facilitate requests and maintain custom item project tracking and ensure appropriate communication to all stakeholders
Support on-going product projects as needed (new product testing, spec sheets, etc.)
Maintain accuracy and thoroughness of product data across multiple channels and sites
Ensure adherence to master data policies and standards through analysis and audits
SKU creation in both internal and customer external systems
Maintain and update SOPs; provide training to end users as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 + years in a related role (preferably in the flooring industry)
College degree (preferred), will consider related experience in lieu of degree
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional technical skills and ability to master new systems/technologies
Proven success in a demand/lead gen and e-com environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow B2B and DTC eCommerce businesses
Possess a passion for data and ability to develop recommendations based on analysis
Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technologies and tactics
Superior project management skills
Team leadership experience in hiring and developing top talent
Ability to balance resource and budget to support revenue goals
Expertise in eCommerce customer expectations and strategy
Superior attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Re-platforming experience a plus
Ability to work in-office and cross-collaborate with teams

Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Work is performed in a warehouse environment that may not be climate controlled. Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, walking, squatting, twisting, bending, reaching, and lifting, pushing, and lifting between 30-50lbs regularly.
