Summary of the Role
Join us as a Product Definition Analyst 4 specializing in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). In this role, you’ll guide the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused CIAM solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business, compliance, and user experience needs into functional designs and configurations across identity platforms.
Serve as the primary point for CIAM solution design, configuration, and implementation.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into CIAM use cases, flows, and policies.
Define and validate customer journeys such as registration, login, consent, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and account recovery.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to ensure functional alignment and compliance.
Document functional specifications, data flows, and integration mappings.
Good understanding of CIAM concepts including authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), consent, and federation.
Experience with widely used CIAM platforms such as Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Auth0, or Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
Familiarity with standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM).
Ability to interpret and document business requirements and workflows clearly.
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of API security, fraud detection, or identity proofing solutions.
Experience with cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) and automation tools.
Familiarity with customer-facing digital transformation programs such as lead-to-cash or e-commerce.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, ForgeRock Specialist, Ping Identity Certified) are welcome but not mandatory.
