We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to oversee the execution, implementation, and
successful delivery of IT/software projects and services for our global clients. This role is delivery-
driven—focused on project management, client coordination, cross-team leadership, and service
excellence.
The Product Delivery Manager ensures that all client projects and IT solutions are delivered on time,
within scope, and aligned with quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients
and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Delivery & Execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT/software products and services.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Ensure products and services are delivered in line with SLA, scope, and quality
expectations.
- Coordinate across teams (development, QA, design, support, marketing) to ensure smooth
delivery.
- Manage release schedules, deployments, and post-delivery support.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery updates.
- Handle client communications, escalations, and expectation management.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through smooth product/service delivery.
Process & Performance Management
- Implement delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) for project efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, project success rate, client satisfaction scores, SLA
compliance.

- Continuously optimize processes, tools, and methodologies for faster and better delivery.
Team Leadership
- Supervise cross-functional delivery teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Mentor and coach project teams to ensure productivity and accountability.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present delivery status reports for leadership.
- Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and delivery records.
- Track and analyze delivery metrics for continuous improvement.
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of project or delivery management experience in IT/software
services.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project/delivery management within IT/software industry.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project,
Monday.com).
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution ability.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
