Product Demo & Onboarding Executive (SaaS)

AccoTech is looking for a Product Demo & Onboarding Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our specialized CRM for accountants, responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations, driving conversions, and ensuring our new UK-based clients have a seamless start on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present & Demonstrate: Deliver live, tailored product demos to UK accounting firms via online meetings.
  • Drive Conversion: Follow up with prospects post-demo to answer questions and support their transition to paid customers.
  • Expert Onboarding: Guide new customers through their first-time setup, including basic configuration and workflow creation.
  • Client Success: Ensure customers achieve measurable value within their first 30 days of usage.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and sharing insights with our Product and Growth teams.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of demos, onboarding progress, and follow-ups within our internal CRM.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in SaaS demos, onboarding, customer success or sales support.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a professional tone.
  • Presentation: Confident in presenting software solutions and handling client Q&A.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, online meeting tools (Zoom/Teams), and navigating complex software.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have (Bonus):

  • Direct experience working with overseas or UK-based clients.
  • Exposure to the accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services industry.
  • A background in a fast-paced SaaS or Startup environment.
