What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product design: research, user flows, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping.

• Partner closely with founders, engineers, and PMs to translate customer pain points into intuitive workflows.

• Contribute to and evolve Reacher’s design system across web and mobile.

• Conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and refine designs quickly.

• Bring creative energy and storytelling to how brands and creators experience our platform.

• Think five levels deep about the consequences of design decisions.

You’ll Fit Right In If

• You are a first-principles thinker with a hockey-stick learning curve.

• You have 1–3 years of product design experience.

• You’re in LA or open to relocating.

Compensation Range: $90K - $120K
