JOB OBJECTIVE
As a product designer you will be responsible for enhancing the usability and maximizing customer satisfaction and engagement to our digital products.
You will work closely with product designers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver end-to-end design solutions across web and mobile.
Key Accountabilities

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with speed and precision.

Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all touchpoints.

Shape the information architecture of our products to make them intuitive, simple, and user-friendly.

Collaborate on user research activities — from planning usability tests to analyzing insights — to inform design decisions (research experience is a strong plus).

Contribute to building a design culture that values flexibility, quality, and user-centric thinking.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills

2–4 years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or other fast-growing digital products.

Strong proficiency with Figma and familiarity with design systems at scale.

Solid understanding of information architecture and user flows.

Strong visual design skills with a focus on details, delivering clean and modern interfaces.

Ability to balance speed with craft — you know when to prototype quickly and when to refine details.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting ideas and iterating based on feedback.

Experience with user research (planning, conducting, analyzing) is a big plus.

A portfolio that demonstrates both UX problem-solving and visual/UI design craft.
