Description

We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Market research on similar products and user experiences

• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions

• Contextualised and detailed user research to define the scope of the project

• Identifying the market and user needs

• Gather and evaluate technical requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers

• Brainstorm and ideate on ideas keeping in mind the predefined scope, problem and limitations the product might have

• Experiment and explore multiple solutions

• Create detailed wireframes that can help discuss and define the journeys of the users across the platform/product

• Design responsive user interfaces with extreme attention to detail, including creating asset libraries, layout grids, and product prototypes for testing

• Create UI-based graphics and animations to enhance communication across our platforms

• Devise hypotheses and strategies to test low-fidelity prototypes with end users

• Identify usability-related problems and workshop the most suitable solution in a team environment

• Identify new product improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with a team of designers and developers

• Work closely with product engineers to define technical criteria, improve usability, and ensure precise front-end execution

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (2–3 years)

• Enthusiasm in user research, ideation, and usability testing

• Complete command of Figma

• Highly skilled in User Interface Design and extremely detail-oriented

• Portfolio of design projects

• Passionate about design and idea exploration

• Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

• Good visualisation skills

• Good time-management skills
