Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Designer at ImagineArt, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing mobile and web products while collaborating closely with other teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategic insights and strategies that guide the development of user experience (UX), incorporate customer feedback and usage metrics into their design, and create user-centered designs by considering business requirements, usability findings, and user journeys. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to create innovative features that meet both business and technical needs, and ensure that the finished product meets design specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design mobile and web products while collaborating closely with other teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development.

  • Define short and long-term design opportunities, ideate new product features, and identify key opportunities to meet user and business needs.

  • Use research and data to inform and implement solutions, iterate on designs, and perform metrics analysis post-launch to optimize the user experience.

  • Develop strategic insights and strategies that guide the development of user experience (UX), while incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design.

  • Quickly create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for both web and mobile, and collaborate cross-functionally to create innovative features that meet both business and technical needs.

  • Create user-centered designs by considering business requirements, customer feedback, usability findings, and user journeys, and design processes, features, and components that can be used across products.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that the finished product meets design specifications, while also creating UI components for product flows.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience designing mobile and web-based products, with a portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions that meaningfully solve true user problems.

  • Proven ability to lead and launch end-to-end product features, execute on product design strategy, and partner effectively with cross-functional team members to build world-class product experiences with continuous iteration and improvement.

  • High proficiency in Figma, with strong knowledge of Design Systems and Variables and foundational understanding of HTML and CSS.

  • Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems, utilizing data and research to inform decisions and develop features and product experiments that align with business capabilities.

  • Attention to detail, exceptional verbal and communication skills, and deep user empathy around complex or emotional categories.

  • Ability to lead user experience design, including usability principles, user research methodology, testing techniques (A/B, Multi-Variant), design theory, and interaction design.

  • Previous experience working on user-centric softwares and applications or projects.

  • Experience in design discovery, such as user research and competitive research, is highly valued.
