About the Role

CareCloud is seeking a creative and user-focused Product Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for healthcare technology products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to transform user needs into seamless product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and best UX/UI practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work for web and/or mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing SaaS or healthcare technology products.
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows is a plus.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
