Q Albums is the premium print and album division of Q Studio, specializing in handcrafted, high-end wedding albums for luxury clientele. We focus on innovation, materials, finishing excellence, and exceptional presentation.

We are looking for a visionary and detail-oriented Creative Product Development Manager to lead the creation of new album collections and elevate our product standards.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing new album concepts, materials, finishes, packaging, and product collections. This is a strategic and creative role that combines design, production knowledge, supplier coordination, and luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new luxury album collections and product tiers
• Research global trends in high-end wedding albums and print products
• Select and test premium materials (leather, suede, acrylic, linen, metal, etc.)
• Design packaging concepts (magnetic boxes, velvet wraps, presentation cases)
• Oversee embossing, foil stamping, stitching, edge finishing, and detailing
• Work closely with designers and print production team
• Maintain strict quality control standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and production partners
• Develop pricing structures aligned with luxury market positioning
• Improve production workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in product development, print production, or luxury design
• Strong understanding of materials, textures, and finishing techniques
• Experience in print production or packaging design preferred
• Detail-oriented with high aesthetic standards
• Strong project management and supplier coordination skills
• Ability to innovate while maintaining brand identity
• Experience with Adobe (Illustrator / InDesign) is a plus
