Position Overview:
The Associate/Executive – Product & Business Process Management will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, primarily focusing on the company’s CRM system. This role will act as a project coordinator and process improvement champion, ensuring that all developments and enhancements to the CRM are aligned with business objectives and contribute to operational efficiency.
This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong desire to understand how business processes function, the curiosity to ask the “why,” and the drive to propose and push forward practical, tech-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the tech/development team to gather, document, and translate business needs into CRM product requirements.

Coordinate CRM feature development timelines, ensuring key milestones are met with quality and within scope.

CRM System Improvement & Development

Collaborate with teams to propose new features or modifications to existing CRM functionalities based on feedback, audits, and business requirements.

Drive innovation and ensure ongoing optimization of CRM tools to enhance user experience and effectiveness.

Process Audit, Compliance & Reporting

Routinely monitor and audit CRM usage across departments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or misuse.

Generate regular reports on CRM development progress, user adoption, and operational impact.

Support the creation, implementation, and enforcement of CRM usage policies and operational standards.

Operational Support & Problem-Solving

Support internal teams by analyzing existing workflows and proposing process improvements through CRM or other tools.

Identify recurring bottlenecks and help design scalable solutions that support business growth.

Internship or academic exposure to project management, CRM systems, or business process reengineering
