Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention for both shippers and carriers.
- Identify friction points in user journeys and design data-driven experiments to improve conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to drive feature adoption and ensure measurable business outcomes.
- Define and track North Star Metrics for product growth (e.g., active shipments, carrier engagement rate, recurring shippers, activation time).
2. Product Optimization

Work closely with the product and engineering teams to improve onboarding, in-app communication, and user experience across platforms (Web, Mobile, and API).
- Drive A/B testing, feature trials, and customer feedback loops to validate growth hypotheses.
- Recommend pricing strategies, upsell mechanisms, and marketplace engagement features to enhance lifetime value.
3. Data & Analytics

Analyze platform data to identify usage trends, feature adoption patterns, and drop-off points.
- Establish dashboards and KPIs that connect product metrics to revenue and operational goals.
- Partner with the Data Intelligence team to develop predictive models for churn, user segmentation, and lifetime value.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align with the Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure consistent go-to-market execution.
- Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn and increase satisfaction.
- Communicate insights and growth outcomes regularly to leadership and stakeholders.
5. Success Indicators

Increase in active shipments per shipper and carrier utilization rates.
- Reduction in activation time from sign-up to first shipment.
- Growth in platform recurring usage and cross-feature adoption.
- Higher conversion of offline clients into platform users.

Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Strategy, ideally in SaaS, LogisticsTech, or Marketplace platforms.
- Deep understanding of user lifecycle metrics, retention loops, and network effects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
