Product Listing Specialist/ Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic eBay Account Manager with experience in managing Google Merchant Center to oversee our online sales channels. This role is key to ensuring seamless operations, optimizing listings, and driving sales across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

eBay Store Management:

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Process orders and handle shipping updates.
  • Maintain seller ratings by monitoring and addressing customer feedback.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize product feeds in

Google Merchant Center.

  • Ensure compliance with Google’s policies for product listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic via Google Shopping ads.
  • Research market trends and competitors to improve pricing and product strategies.
  • Track performance metrics across platforms and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing eBay accounts with a strong understanding of eBay Seller Hub.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Marketplace and Google Merchant Center.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and techniques to optimize listings and increase sales.
  • Strong communication.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
